The tea I like to drink, and also one of the top four things I eat in the summer, is green tea. It’s also one of the most popular and most-trusted-around-town drinks. The reason why? Green tea has antioxidants that benefit our entire body. Antioxidants defend our skin, our brain, our blood, and our liver. That means all the stress-relieving properties that green tea provides us.
This is why people like Green tea. It’s so easy to make that once you’ve got the recipe down you’re pretty much guaranteed to get a green tea drink that tastes good. The problem is that almost every single tea maker uses the same water, and the same ratio of tea to water.
The problem is that the ratio of tea to water is basically the only thing we can control. We can control our weight, but we can never control the amount of water that’s used.
