There are a whole bunch of things we can do to build our stress levels, so please don’t take too long to finish this post. If you’re going to be doing any of the above, try doing something that makes you feel good. That’s especially important for the second part to this quote because when you feel good, you’re going to feel better too.

This is why many people go back to an activity after a long day at work or school. It’s just another way to push you to do more and get the work done. But doing something is far more enjoyable if you know its going to make you feel good.

This is something that is so hard to understand, because it is so counter intuitive. If you know what youre doing, and you have a good reason for doing what you are doing, then its stress. If you dont, then its something else. In that case youve got to be aware of the reason you are doing what you are doing so you can control yourself so you dont have to do it again.
It is the reason why we are here. Stress is not a bad thing, but it is what we’re trying to avoid. I think many of us believe that we have a bad mood and need to be able to control ourselves. As a result, we need to be aware that we are on autopilot. We need to be able to control ourselves so that we dont have to do it again.
