I believe that each day is a new opportunity to discover ourselves and our talents. The first ten minutes of every day are a time to explore our strengths, our passions, and our gifts. This is the time to begin to learn who we are and what we can accomplish.
The key to doing so is to take away the old habits and beliefs that were so ingrained in your mind and body. Let them stay in your mind and practice what you learn. This way, when you learn the one thing that comes to mind you will know to learn it. You will find that one trait that is most familiar to you will be in the right place at the right time.
